SYSCOHADA accounting set-up

SysOhada keeps the books like a ledger. Every validated entry gets a number and a fingerprint chained to the previous one: it can only be corrected by a reversing entry, and nothing is ever rewritten silently. The trial balance, general ledger and SYSCOHADA financial statements — balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement, notes — come straight from the journal.

Around the journal, the modules cover the daily work on a client file: payroll and tax computed from each country’s sourced legal values, invoicing with e-certification wherever the country requires it, fixed assets, stock, cash and reconciliation of bank and e-money statements. Associations keep their accounts under SYCEBNL.

For an accounting firm, the portfolio brings every client file onto one screen: deadlines, review progress, continuous audit, alerts. Clients find their documents and statements in their own space, and the mobile version lets you enter and review in the field, even offline: data is sent when you choose.
