Based in Niamey, we work across the Sahel and West Africa with local teams, partners established in each country and the same method everywhere.
How we work outside Niger
No office before contracts: in each country a local partner (installer, integrator, consultancy) sells, installs and intervenes on site; SysWake provides the method, the software, quality control and remote support. WAEMU clients are invoiced in CFA francs, funded projects in euros or dollars, Nigeria in indexed naira.
Qualified local partner
Selected, trained and certified by the SysWake academy; paid on commission.
Same tooling everywhere
Platforms hosted in the region, identical procedures and reports from one country to the next.
Support and monitoring from Niamey
Multilingual monitoring and call centre: Hausa, Zarma, Bambara, Mooré, French, English.
