Overview
Zango is a pan-African marketplace. Buyers browse a catalogue by category, read product pages and place an order in a few taps.
Every order follows a dated path: preparation, delivery through the Azalaï network, then handover to the customer against a pickup code. Stock and the Cauris balance are updated in the same transaction, so no order is half-validated.
Sellers have their own space with statistics, shipments and payouts. The Zango team keeps control of moderation, disputes and fraud alerts, with a view by country.
Mobile Money and bank card payments are being connected to the operators; cash on delivery is already part of the order flow.
