WakeBI: decision dashboard demonstration
A working dashboard prototype built on demonstration data, designed to show the method before any client commitment.
The challenge
Decision-makers rarely grasp what a decision dashboard is until they handle one. Abstract sales presentations lengthen the sales cycle and leave room for misunderstandings about scope.
Our solution
A full chain on a fictitious dataset: collection, cleaning, star schema, indicators and visualisations, with filters by period and area. Deliberately independent of any proprietary tool: the same approach is then delivered in the client's own tool, whether a market solution or a web dashboard embedded in their system.
Results
- A demonstration that can be shown in 15 minutes at a first meeting
- Project scope clarified before the quote, fewer deviations during delivery
- A reusable base for SysWake Academy training sessions
