Structure an organisation before hiring, so that each recruitment fits a considered framework rather than answering an emergency — and so a readable structure can be shown to a funder or partner.

An org chart covering every position across three growth phases, each with its mission, responsibilities, indicators and expected profile. An HR manual covering recruitment, onboarding, working time, leave, appraisal and discipline. A code of conduct and field safety rules for survey assignments. Contract templates adapted to applicable law, to be validated by legal counsel before signature.
